- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
- Certain products like smoke cannons, confetti cannons, and balloons are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
