How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, select your desired products, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, or preferred pickup location and choose your payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation email/pickup information once your purchase is complete.
Can I provide my gender results so it's a surprise?
Yes we love surprises! Select 'To Be Announced' at checkout and either email the gender and your order number or provide it in a sealed envelope and we will supply the corresponding colour.

Do you offer same day dispatch?
Yes! Be sure to order before 1pm AWST and we will post same day!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes we sure do! For local pickup select your preferred pick up location at checkout. Add your mobile number so we can easily contact you to arrange a time that suits for collection at either our Thornlie, Eglinton or Mandurah pickup locations.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We are committed to offering eco-friendly options and sustainable practices wherever possible. Many of our products, such as biodegradable confetti and recyclable decorations, are environmentally friendly. We encourage customers to choose sustainable options and minimise waste.

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping costs are $4.99 & $9.99, with Express Shipping at $9.99 or $14.99 depending on products ordered. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $55. Check out the shipping costs before finalising your purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Be sure to order before 1pm AWST and we will post same day! Standard delivery takes between 2 to 6 business days. Express shipping is available, times vary based on location but takes between 1 to 3 business days.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Left things a little too late? Want to make sure your order arrives on time? We currently deliver within a radius of 100km from Dawesville, additional travel fees do apply.
