How to Use Your Gender Reveal Smoke Bombs
Follow these steps for a safe and vibrant reveal:
1. Set the Smoke Bomb on a Safe Outdoor Surface
Place the smoke bomb on the ground, on a stable, non-flammable surface.
2. Pull the Ring Outwards (IMPORTANT!)
Grip the ring and pull it straight outwards from the device.
- DO NOT pull the ring upwards or downwards — it will not ignite if pulled the wrong way.
3. Step Back to a Safe Distance
After pulling the ring, immediately move back to a safe distance and watch the effect unfold.
Keep children, pets, and flammable items well away.
4. Enjoy the Reveal
The smoke will begin releasing within seconds. Enjoy the colour and capture your photos or videos!
5. Adults Only – 18+
Smoke bombs must only be ignited and handled by an adult aged 18 years or older.

How to Use Your Gender Reveal Cannon
Follow these steps for a safe, smooth, and picture-perfect reveal:
1. Point the Cannon Up & Away
Hold the cannon firmly with both hands and aim it straight up into the air.
Never point it at people, animals, or fragile items.
2. Twist the Base — With Both Hands
Use both hands to twist the cannon in opposite directions.
- Top hand stays steady
- Bottom hand twists the base
- Twist firmly and continuously, not fast and jerky
3. Twist Alternate Ways if Needed
If it feels tight, try twisting slightly back the other way first, then twist again in the correct direction to release it.
4. Ask Someone Stronger If You Need Help
These cannons are pressurised for a strong effect. If you're struggling to twist it open, have a stronger adult assist you while still pointing the cannon safely upward.
5. Get Camera-Ready
Once twisted, the cannon will pop and release your coloured powder or confetti. Make sure cameras are rolling before you begin twisting!
6. Enjoy Your Moment
Celebrate, take photos, and enjoy the excitement!
