We are committed to offering eco-friendly options and sustainable practices wherever possible. Many of our products, such as biodegradable confetti and recyclable decorations, are environmentally friendly. We encourage customers to choose sustainable options and minimize waste.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, select your desired products, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and choose your payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete. 

Do you offer same day dispatch?

Yes! Be sure to order before 1pm AWST and we will post same day!.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we sure do! For local pickup please go to "Live Chat' on the home screen and message through an appointment time that suits. Make sure to add in the notes what products your after. 

Shipping:

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping costs are $10 flat rate, with Express Shipping at $15. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $60. Check out the shipping costs before finalising your purchase!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary based on your location. In general, most domestic orders are processed and shipped same day or within 24 hours. With standard delivery taking between 2 to 6 business days. Express shipping is available, times vary based on location but take between 1 to 3 business days.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Left things a little too late? Want to make sure your order arrives on time? We currently deliver within a radius of 40km from Dawesville, additional travel fees do apply.
